回家過年的許綾發現母親慧芳遇上了麻煩，還打算北上到她在台北的租屋處避風頭。許綾不得不坦承自己回家的理由，並與母親共度這一天。

Ling returns to her hometown for Chinese New Year, only to find her mother Fang gets into trouble. Fang plans to move to Ling’s apartment in Taipei and live with her for a while, which unveils Ling’s true reason to come home. Eventually, Ling spendsthe day with Fang and tries to solve her trouble.
