中英故事簡介：

On the eighth floor of a broken-down motel, through the door of room 817, a janitor quietly goes around her chores, as she cleans, her slight frame blends unassumingly into the backdrop.

Right next door, a female escort, lays in bed, a stranger at her side. She finds solace and sanity, only when she has her back to the resting men beside.

The boy at the counter, tired of the video game he has been playing, tries to kill his boredom with one of the many novels he has on the table, he glances at the mirror facing the hallway, expecting someone, yet sees no one.

A middle aged men on the ground floor of the motel, stands ever so still, indifferent to the bustling activities around him, ponders if he should take the lift up to the eighth floor.
